**Open Positions**:

- **Chef de Partie** - $2,200 to $2,800
- **Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager** - $2,800 to $3,500
- Or join our **Management Trainee Fast Track Program **

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead juniors and work with the team on day to day operations
- Work with front of house to ensure a united front and back operations
- Prepare and execute dishes with consistency and creativity
- Clean, prep, and organise ingredients efficiently
- Work on R&D and refine existing recipes
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen organisation to the highest standards
- Support or lead junior team members (depending on role)
- Keep up with culinary trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and stock/order management

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and punctuality
- Proactive, with a positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Interest in both culinary craft and understanding F&B business
- Team player with clear communication and high standards

**What You’ll Get**:

**Work Schedule**:

- 48-55 hours/week

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
