  • About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Promoter to join our team at Flaming Queen Home Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in-store at our retail location in the Orchard Central Region. Your primary focus will be to engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and convert sales.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
  3. Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
  4. Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
  5. Maintain a clean and organised store environment
  6. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  7. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  4. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  5. Basic product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our products
  6. Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
