About the role

This is a full-time E-Commerce Executive role at Monigiri Pte Ltd, a dynamic company based in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region. As the E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for driving the company's online sales and marketing efforts, playing a crucial role in the growth and success of Monigiri's e-commerce operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience
  2. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales through various online channels
  3. Analyse website and marketing data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and make data-driven decisions
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials for the e-commerce platform
  5. Oversee the inventory management and order fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  6. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to continually improve the company's online presence

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising e-commerce websites
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, such as search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, and email marketing
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytics tools to measure and improve performance
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies
  7. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
