**Roles & Responsibilities**
You will be cross trained in multiple areas, taking on any given role and be
proficient at it. You will take charge of daily operations such as:

- Ensuring orders documents are processed and prepared for to online

fulfilment
- Managing the catalogue of the respective Brands
- Liaise and maintain key relationships with our partners to resolve or

improve operations issues
- To handle and convert enquires pertaining to purchases
- Establish and constantly evaluate our strategies to tackle new and existing

customer-related issues while continuing to improve our standard operational
policies and strategic directives.
- Analyse and generate monthly operational reports while reporting directly

to the Operations Manager with action improvement plans
- Taking ownership of enquires and issues by following through effectively

and efficiently to ensure timely resolution.

**Requirements**:

- This role requires someone who is proactive and a fast learner and a good

problem solver.
- Constantly moving forward and making things happen with out of the box ideas

or solution to improve operational processes
- Intrapreneurially thinking - take pride in your work, be driven, initiative,

result-orientated and versatile to adapt/respond to different types of
characters and situations.
- Must be decisive, action-oriented, results-focused and able to work

independently as well as a team to handle diverse situations with the
ability to work with tight deadlines.

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
