About the role

Floorflex Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Vinyl Sales professional to join our team . As a Vinyl Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth for our premium flooring solutions. What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
3. Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to assist customers in selecting the right flooring solutions for their needs
4. Preparing and presenting detailed sales proposals and quotes
5. Negotiating competitive pricing and contract terms
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
7. Accurately documenting all sales activities and pipeline information
8. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers
3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
4. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service
7. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
