About the role

Floorflex Pte Ltd, an established interior design firm specialising in commercial and residential spaces with inhouse Vinyl Flooring showroom located at Primz Bizhub, is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering beautifully designed and functional spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. The role is based in Primz Bizhub office, but we also offer flexible remote work options.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate these into cohesive interior design concepts
  • Develop detailed design plans, including space planning, colour schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications
  • Prepare 2D and 3D visualisations to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee the implementation of design plans, working closely with contractors and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2years of experience in a similar interior design role, preferably within the commercial or residential sectors
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate design concepts to clients
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Passion for creating innovative and functional interior design solutions
