About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Builder & Interior Work) to join our dynamic team at Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. in the Woodlands North Region. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain detailed project records, documentation, and reporting to track progress and address any issues or delays
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and invoices to ensure financial controls are in place
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project coordination or construction management role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools to track project progress and workflow
  • Hands-on experience in construction site operations, including understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve project-related issues
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
