The Role

Are you ready to step into a leadership role with one of the world's most iconic luxury fashion brands? As the Sales Supervisor, you will be a key leader in driving success, working side by side with the Shop Manager to shape the future of Max Mara's prestigious retail presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operation and perform individual sales target
  • Act as a brand ambassador. Drive excellent customer service standards and implement strategies effectively
  • Building and enhancing new and existing relationships with customers
  • Achieving and maximizing sales, and target set proactively
  • Lead and motivate the team, implement effective CRM strategies and ensure to meet the sales targets
  • Monitor stock inventories in an effective and organized way
  • Maintain high standard of brand image and shop display in line with corporate guideline
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-year fashion retail sales experience
  • Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands is a plus
  • Possess excellent communications, team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Result driven, customer-oriented with a positive mindset
