Spa Supervisor

We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Spa Trainee Supervisor. This role is perfect for someone who loves the spa & wellness industry, enjoys leading a team, and is eager to grow into a leadership position. Job Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth service flow Supervise and support reception and therapist teams during shifts Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or feedback professionally Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed at all times Manage staff shift scheduling Support staff on opening/closing duties, and operational tasks Monitor sales and service performance, and motivate the team to meet targets Report daily operations and highlight any issues to management Participate in training to develop leadership and operational skills Requirements: Proficient in spoken and written English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work well in a team Customer-oriented with a positive attitude Able to work weekends and shifts on a rotational basis Prior experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail is an advantage, but not required — training will be provided
