Main Role:
- Looking for 10 officers to join esteemed government org to support one of the business expansion plan.
- Near to MRT, office hours
- 6 months contract with benefits
- Salary from $2500 to $3200
Job Duties;
- Assist with the preparation, review and administration of government contracts and related documentation
- Liaise with government agencies, contractors and internal stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and management
- Maintain comprehensive contract records and databases to track key milestones, obligations and performance
- Support contract change management processes, including negotiating and documenting amendments
- Prepare regular contract status reports and analytical insights for management
- Ensure all contract-related activities adhere to relevant policies, regulations and best practices
- Provide general administrative support to the contracts and procurement teams as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or similar role
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and contract management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in using contract management and administrative software applications
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance
