Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians.
  • Maintain and supervise all machine and equipment.
  • Assist Production Supervisor or planner on any related production activities and/or improve productivity.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment to identify necessary repairs.
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance and train new technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance work.
  • Train staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Chinese with our Chinese staff.
  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies
