Job Scope:

QA Technician (Precision)

  • Daily check precision machine parts dimensions use Smart Scope, CMM. Profile Projector and height gauge depending on parts required.
  • Inspect tooling items (including sub-out) per drawings and prepare inspection reports.
  • Work with machinists, supervisors, and designers on 3D drawings and resolve non-conformities (NCMR).
  • Update tooling BOMs, track fabrication/inspection status, and support spare management.
  • Oversee IMTE calibration, maintain records, arrange repairs, and assist in sourcing equipment.
  • Support Quality Engineer in MSA, update QA masterlists, and manage controlled documents.

Technician / Production Technician (Electronics, Semiconductor)

Job Scope:

  • Built and modified cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and components by following detailed drawings and instructions.
  • Utilized tools such as soldering irons, crimpers, heat guns, solder pots, and pinning machines to perform precise assembly tasks.
  • Operating and maintenance of test machine
  • Supported inventory operations, including material handling, cycle counting, and transaction processing.
  • Troubleshoot PCBA and units

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates with at least a Nitec or Diploma in Engineering Electronics or a related discipline are preferred
  • Entry level are welcome; as training will be provided
  • Experience in using simple equipment such as multimeter and oscilloscope
  • Understanding of basic electronics and RF telecommunication
