Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Receiving and sorting incoming Order .
  • Issuing Credit / Debit Note .
  • Liaise with various team to fulfil customer's order when needed .
  • Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries .
  • Providing Timely Update of price list to existing clients .
  • Filling / Sorting Supplier Invoice in running number .
  • Other Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers .

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
  • At least 1 year or above related working experience in administrative duties .
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills .
  • 6-days per week.
  • Willing to work Nightshift .
