Job Description & RequirementsWe are seeking for a dynamic professional covering general scope of administration and finance duties.
Roles and Responsibilities
1) The candidate will assist / support in portfolio and fund
management.
2) Liasing with banks and government agencies for visa / PR application / employment passes and GTP preparation
3) Maintaining good PR and communication with existing clients
4) Incumbent with accounting knowledge ( receivables / payables / Bank reconciliation ) is preferred.
5) May need to provide general administration support to the management / overseas HQ
6) Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders including Business Units in Asia.
7) Generate reports on business prospects and market trends.
8) Support sales activities by handling inquiries and generating quotes.
9) Develop and understand clients' businesses, industries, and market dynamics to provide tailored financial solution. Development in APAC regions to overall team and business strategy in the region.
Key Requirements
1) Fresh young candidate with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Banking & Finance or equivalent
2) Have knowledge of full sets of accounts, prepare management accounts ( P&L, BS, General Ledger, Trial Balance etc.) is preferred.
3) Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint etc
4) Able to work independently and to a team with flexible attitude towards work.
5) Ability to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds. Good communication and inter-personal skills. Bilingual in English ( verbal / written ) & Chinese Language. Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
6) Able to travel overseas when required.
Salary / Benefits:
- Salary $3200 onwards
