Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support small to medium-scale mobility solution projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system design documents for development.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing processes, including test strategy, test planning, design, execution, and issue resolution for both functional and interface testing.
  • Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are resolved promptly and do not impact project milestones.
  • Execute solution deployment activities and provide technical support during and after implementation to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Participate actively in all stages of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) for both in-house and vendor-developed solutions.
  • Support regional or global solution rollouts across the SEA region in collaboration with global IT and business teams.
  • Partner with the Business and Product teams to define strategic and technical roadmaps that align with Toyota's mobility goals.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and digital trends, applying them to improve business performance and maintain Toyota's competitive advantage.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance development efficiency, testing quality, and system stability.
  • Contribute to other strategic IT initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT system development, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience with solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end-to-end project outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and teamwork spirit.
  • Willingness to travel within the SEA region when required.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is an advantage.
