Locations: Assigned near your residence (where available)

Shifts:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Last order at 10:30 PM)

Salary & Career Progression:

  • Trainee: $1,800/month
  • With experience: From $2,000/month
  • Junior Level: Gross up to $2,500/month (after confirmation: $2,700)
  • Senior Level: Gross $2,700 – $2,900/month
  • Monthly Store Incentive: Additional $150
  • Minimal or no overtime required
About the Role

As a Tea Experience Specialist , you'll be at the heart of our customer journey, crafting premium tea beverages, maintaining high standards in service and quality, and contributing to a welcoming store environment. We believe in giving our team the right tools, training, and growth opportunities to excel.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve premium beverages following precise recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure every drink meets our quality and taste expectations
  • Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment
  • Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and support in receiving deliveries
  • Follow all operational, safety, and hygiene procedures
