About This Role

We are seeking an individual who embodies the essence of exceptional service experience. As a Tea Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests.

  • Welcome and serve guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable encounter.
  • Pour and present Chinese teas to exacting standards, accompanied by light refreshments that delight the senses.
  • Navigate our tea selection with confidence, guiding guests through nuanced tasting experiences that leave a lasting impression.
  • Support day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless table service, retail sales, and event hosting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken).
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and interest in Chinese tea culture.
  • Prior experience in the tea industry, food and beverage, or hospitality is highly valued.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
  • The willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
