About Us:
CHASHE is a local specialty milk tea shop inspired by oriental tea culture. We focus on brewing high-quality fragrant teas paired with fresh milk and natural ingredients — no artificial creamers, just authentic tea fragrance (好茶自然香). Our goal is to bring customers a cozy, natural, and elegant tea-drinking experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Tea Baristas. As a Tea Barista, you will be the face of CHASHE — preparing drinks with care, providing warm customer service, and ensuring the shop maintains a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based drinks according to standard recipes
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and provide friendly service
- Handle cash register and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar and dining area
- Manage daily stock (ingredients, toppings, cups, etc.) and assist with inventory checks
- Uphold CHASHE's brand values of quality, authenticity, and hospitality
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Passion for tea, beverages, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
