Well-known High End Tea Shop hiring Tea Barista x 50| Central | 5 Days | Career Progression

**Location**: Central Area
**Salary**: Basic $2000 - $2500

**Working Shift**:
5 Days rotated shift including weekend and PH

**Job Scope**:

- Prepare a variety of tea-based beverages according to standard recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, recommend tea selections based on preferences and dietary requirements, and provide information about different types of tea and their origins.
- Operate and maintain tea-making equipment such as tea brewers, espresso machines, milk frothers, and grinders, ensuring they are clean, calibrated, and in good working condition.
- Monitor tea inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the preparation area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and countertops regularly to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
