East Region, Singapore OTN Building Cost Consultants Pte Ltd Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project from design stage & pre-tender to post-contract stages.
  • Preparation of cost estimates and cashflow.
  • Preparing tender/contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing cost, estimates and managing cost information.
  • Handle payment claim, assessment on variation works and finalization of accounts.
  • To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments.
  • Take-off quantity for projects.
  • Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Price comparison and costing summary.
  • Co-ordinate, set-up, attend, participate, chair (if required) and conduct presentations (if required) in meetings, seminars, workgroup meetings, workshops and discussions as and when requested by the Employer and the Consultants.
  • Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in SIA Conditions of Contract & PSSCOC.
  • Able to communicate confidently and work well in a team.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good technical knowledge and well versed in interpretation of drawings.

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays am to 6.00pm
