Assistant Manager, Healthcare Infrastructure Projects

Responsibilities

· Support the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of redevelopment projects in accordance with the organisation's standards.

· Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and permit to work during construction stage.

· Develop project governance policies and processes to deliver redevelopment projects

· Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms

· Develop communication plans for timely engagement and involvement of stakeholders

· Effectively communicate updates, milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders

· Collaborate with leadership to align innovation initiatives with overall organizational goals and strategies

· Engage stakeholders to carry out feasibility studies for renovation projects

Requirements

· Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent

· At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in public sector or healthcare infrastructure projects

· Required proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project

· Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and SketchUp will be added bonus
