Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant sales experience in commercial air-conditioning projects, preferably with exposure to MBT, VRF, or Chiller systems.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong technical understanding of commercial air-conditioning solutions and applications.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD and engineering drawings will be advantageous.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.
Job scopes:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales objectives and monthly/annual targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.
- Present, promote, and introduce products and services to customers with comprehensive technical knowledge and professionalism.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including the preparation of project budgetary pricing, quotations, costings, and engineering data.
- Liaise and engage with customers regularly to strengthen relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely preparation of proposals, sales documents, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the preparation of sales and delivery orders and ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods.
- Monitor and follow up on payment collection to ensure timely settlement.
- Provide management with accurate sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitor intelligence.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
