MBT Sales Manager (Commercial Aircon Projects)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant sales experience in commercial air-conditioning projects, preferably with exposure to MBT, VRF, or Chiller systems.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial air-conditioning solutions and applications.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD and engineering drawings will be advantageous.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel when required.

Job scopes:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales objectives and monthly/annual targets.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and introduce products and services to customers with comprehensive technical knowledge and professionalism.
  • Conduct pre-sales activities, including the preparation of project budgetary pricing, quotations, costings, and engineering data.
  • Liaise and engage with customers regularly to strengthen relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely preparation of proposals, sales documents, and delivery schedules.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and delivery orders and ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and follow up on payment collection to ensure timely settlement.
  • Provide management with accurate sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitor intelligence.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
