The Role
- Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously
- Provide professional front desk coverage
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; manage messages
- Maintain the visitor log and issue visitor passes in strict accordance with established security protocols
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Proactively maintain a tidy, organised, and professional front desk and lobby that reflects the Company's commitment to excellence
- Provide essential administrative support to the Office Manager and People & Culture team
About You
- Previous reception or administrative experience
- Professional, friendly demeanour with good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multi tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, and other office systems)
