**DB Golf Center is looking for a receptionist/admin.**

At the following terms and conditions:
b) Handle bookings and payments
c) Handle customer concerns
d) Maintain system customer database accurately
e) Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing
f) Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
g) Keep a safe and clean facility by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
h) Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
i) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
j) Carry out of his duties to the best of his abilities and knowledge and work such hours that are reasonably necessary to perform the Employee’s duties.
k) Use all reasonable efforts to promote the interests of the Company and comply with all the policies of the Company in place or as varies from time to time.

l) assist the Managing Director in daily operations.

**Full time: Wed to Sunday 8am-5pm**

Based on the Team’s schedule, possible to alternate the days off.
**Starting date as soon as possible.**

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
