About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in the aviation industry. This role plays a critical part in supporting our Quality and Safety management systems by collecting, analyzing, and trending operational data to enhance decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about aviation safety and has strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

Key Responsibilities

· Collect, clean, validate, and organize quality and safety data from various aviation maintenance and operational sources.

· Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making in quality and safety management.

· Automate data workflows and streamline reporting processes using Power Automate.

· Support the development and deployment of custom Power Apps for data entry and tracking of quality/safety initiatives.

· Monitor and analyze trends in incident reports, audit findings, defect reports, and other safety/quality-related KPIs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Safety, Maintenance) to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements.

· Assist in preparing periodic reports for internal management and regulatory authorities.

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal reporting standards.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Aviation, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate is essential.

· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Basic understanding of aviation operations, safety, or quality systems is a plus.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Fresh graduates with relevant project or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
