Technical Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development team & technical test team.
- Own the responsibility of overall project iterations. Design Test Specs and help team to write test cases.
- Prepare and help team to prepare the design; have a very good understanding of the project architecture.
- Coding and unit testing.
- Conduct peer review and provide feedback.
- Interface between team and management.
- Write quality code, set an example of quality in front of the team members.
- Ensures that items produced are in line with the technical designs and specification of clients.
- Combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges.
- Analysing information, Software design, Software architecture UT/FT Test case creation and Execution.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent with 3-5 years experience
- C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, BizTalk Server, Microsoft Azure, SSIS, SQL Server, JavaScript, Oracle.
- Experience of System development with Japanese Oriented Companies (JOC) (preferred).
- Experience of work with financial institutions, especially for JOC Banks (preferred).
- More than 5-8 years as Technical Lead in cash management banking domain including system implementation for corporate customer reporting, system, liquidity management and remittance processing.
- Experience in solution designing and system implementation from scratch.
- Experience in leading a team as Team leader.
- Experience of Mission Critical System for large companies.
- Knowledge and skills as system Analyst on functional area (e.g., table data design, business logic design, Screen, Business flow).
- Documentation and Visualization skill as technical Analyst.
- Knowledge of liquidity management systems, customer reporting systems and remittance systems is added advantage.
