Deputy Technical Director

We are looking for an experienced technical director to lead and play a key role on a variety of airport infrastructure projects that are local and overseas. He/she may also be required to be a member of CAPE’s management team that is responsible for the growth, profitability and sustainability of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, plan and design civil & structural engineering projects
- Supervise production of technical reports, designs, technical specifications, project particular requirements, drawings and tender documents
- Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants in project implementation
- Manage timeliness, efficiency and quality of work produced by the team
- Work with client on project delivery and management
- Work with the local authorities and agencies to obtain approvals and permits
- Forge relationships with clients, business partners and other stakeholders
- Perform construction phase engineering support and site supervision
- Write reports and make presentations to internal and external parties
- Participate in business development and marketing activities
- Develop teams, mentor and train junior staff
**Key **Requirements**:
- Preferably a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Civil & Structural projects
- Proven track record in the industry
- Experience in local authorities’ submission requirements and procedures
- Experience in airport infrastructure projects will be an advantage
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
