About the role

Precise International Pte Ltd, a leading construction firm in the Central Region, is seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and monitoring all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Providing regular progress reports to senior management
  • Collaborating with the project team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirement :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
