Central Region, Singapore Renewal Aesthetics Pte Ltd Full time $35,000 - $45,000 per year
  • Manage/Assist front desk work including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls/e-mails/text messages, following up with patients on results and side effects from treatments/products, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment
  • Open to doing some simple therapist work
  • Handling difficult patients and complaint cases
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by Doctor/Manager
  • 5.5 days of work per week
  • Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm.
  • We are looking for someone with the following skill(s) or attribute(s) :1. Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly 2. Ability to work effectively under pressure/stress 3. Ability to multitask 4. Team player 5. High EQ and high tact 6. Possesses excellent customer service skills 7. Good spoken and written English. 8. Basic computer skills. 9. Organise and schedule appointments properly
  • Receptionist related work experience will be an advantage.
  • Experience using clinic assist software will be an advantage.
