Job Description
- Provide administrative support for smooth operation of ABFER office and events
- Provide logistical support for events and seminars of ABFER
- Maintain documentations of ABFER
- Assist in updating website, contacts database and events registration
- Assist in reports for management and audits
Qualifications
- Preferably local graduates from local JCs or Polytechnics
- Competent in MS Office (mainly in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Competent in using virtual platforms for events and meetings
- Has to commit to work for six months, from January to June 2026
- Willingness to work long hours in May 2026
