Supervisory Courses (HT, IHT, ISC, UROP, RIP)

⦁ Honours thesis (HT), Integrated honours thesis (IHT), Independent study course (ISC), Undergraduate Research Opportunity (UROP), Research Internship Project (RIP)

⦁ Handle course administration, student registration, appeals processing, course webpage updates, coordination with the HT committee, and scheduling of presentations.

Student Exchange Programmes (SEP)

⦁ Handle course mapping requests

⦁ Seek course mapping approval from SEP coordinators

⦁ Verify requisite waiver requests for returning SEP students

Accessibility Support and Accommodation (ASA) Students

⦁ Register students in courses

⦁ Provide student information to respective course instructors

⦁ Coordinate logistic arrangements for midterm exams

Coordinator for newsletter

⦁ Gather student information for newsletter

⦁ Email newsletter to staff

Economics Society and PPE Club

⦁ Assist with payment and reimbursement claim submissions

Other ad-hoc assignments

⦁ Exam duty

⦁ Exam script checking

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in any discipline
  • Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience; candidates without experience are welcome to apply
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
  • Able to work independently and in teams
