Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Business Flow/Operations Systems Specialist to support and enhance our business systems and operational processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in system migration, POS implementation, and process automation, ensuring seamless integration between our IT infrastructure and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to design and implement workflow automations, including but not limited to:
    • Purchase Order to Sales Invoice transformation
    • Barcode scanning with real-time validation and corrections
    • Automated AR and payment reconciliation
    • Demand and inventory planning processes leading to purchase requisitions
    • Streamlined goods receipt and inter-warehouse transfers using barcodes
    • POS-based bank/payment reconciliation within NAV
  • Support the implementation of a new Retail POS system and ensure streamline workflow with Microsoft NAV.

Qualifications:

  • Background in operational process optimization. Additional IT background will be of great advantage
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft NAV/Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems and system integration projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions
  • Mastering Microsoft Excel/ advanced level

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Salary: $3,500 – $4,200 depending on experience
  • Flexible work options available: Full-time or Part-time
