Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Battery Testing Specialist to support the assembly, testing and optimization of flow battery systems. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical assembly, basic chemistry lab operations and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fabricate flow battery systems for testing purposes.
  • Prepare and manage electrolyte solutions for optimal performance.
  • Operate and maintain battery testing equipment ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Conduct various battery performance tests (e.g., cycling, rate, power) to assess system efficiency.
  • Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and optimize electrolyte conditions for enhanced battery performance.

Requirements:
