Sales Director – Cloud

Singapore KRYJAS PRIVATE LIMITED Full time $120,000 - $240,000 per year

Key responsibilities:

(a) Proactively drive new opportunities from new clients in different segments.

(b) Generate and close new business also maintain warm relationships with assigned accounts and new account acquisition.

(c) Proper qualification of leads and able to provide accurate reports on opportunities.

(d) Conduct market research into accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

(e) Able to sell and upsell Cloud and Modernization Solutions and value proposition to both new and existing customers. Acquired understanding of market segmentation, develop, and execute Go-To-Market strategy for assigned accounts.

(f) Qualify leads into opportunities via BANT methodology and generate up sell and cross sell opportunities.

(g) Collaborate between different functional teams and serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors.

(h) Always maintain good customer and partner relationships.

(i) Meet and exceed sales goals by managing individual sales activity.

(j) Accurately track and generate timely sales reports for presentation to management.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in IT/cloud services.(5–7 years in senior roles such as Sales Director, Head of Sales etc with direct P&L or revenue accountability)
  • Proven success in new business acquisition, key account management, upsell/cross-sell, and GTM strategy execution.
  • Experience selling cloud/modernization solutions to enterprise clients; APAC/Singapore market experience preferred.
  • Strong pipeline generation, lead qualification, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT environments.
  • Ability to perform market research, identify key stakeholders, and execute Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Ability to develop new market segments or strategic partnerships in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) and sales certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN) are a plus.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Customer-first approach with high integrity.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup-like environments.
