PERM LEGAL SECRETARY (Legal Firm)

Our client is an established Law firm

Job responsibilities:

  • Arranging for the delivery of legal paperwork
  • Typing correspondence and legal paperwork
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Arranging conference calls
  • Assist with conflict clearances and matter openings
  • Travelling arrangements for partners
  • Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts and keep records of collections and disbursements.
  • Running WIP reports and chase and recover debts
  • Assist in finance matters, including chasing for debts, checking of correct rates and amending billing narrative
  • Preparing Expenses Report
  • Participate in any other ad hoc assignments

Job requirements:

·       Diploma and above

·       At least 5 to 6 years of Legal secretarial experience (Litigation experience is a plus)

·       Proficient in Ms Excel

·       Comfortable with serving a team

Salary Ranges from $4000 -$5500 X 13 (Depending on experience)
