Job Scope:
- Assist in managing the CEO's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and various business documents.
- Organize meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and process basic expense claims.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal staff, clients, and external partners as required.
- Provide general administrative and personal assistance to the CEO.
- Manage confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (Business/Administration preferred).
- Relevant experience in administrative or personal assistant roles
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
