Job Scope:

  • Assist in managing the CEO's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and various business documents.
  • Organize meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and process basic expense claims.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal staff, clients, and external partners as required.
  • Provide general administrative and personal assistance to the CEO.
  • Manage confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification (Business/Administration preferred).
  • Relevant experience in administrative or personal assistant roles
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
