We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Policy Servicing (High-Net-Worth).

In this role you will:

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Policy Servicing, provide user requirements and perform User Acceptance Test for system enhancements and system defects, specializing in high net-worth and life insurance productsSupport ad hoc projects and coordinate user testing when neededReview and identify areas for process improvements or re-training to the teamUpdate Standard Operating Procedure and coach the processing teamEnsure smooth operation of all Policy Servicing processes, full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed service levelsAssist to support audits and control testing on Policy Servicing functionsAssist to handle enquiries from internal teamsCoordinate and support ad hoc activities assigned

To be successful you will need: 

Degree in Insurance, Business or equivalent professional qualificationsConsiderable relevant experience preferably in an insurance or financial sectorStrong analytical and critical thinkingGood time management, task and result oriented and with attention to detailProactive and strong team spirit and good communication skillsKeen to learn and with positive work attitude
