[What the role is]
• Design and maintain a database of all digital initiatives of key partners and initiatives that have been supported with NCSS grants.
[What you will be working on]
• Assist in liaising with vendors and stakeholders, review of requirements, and submissions of proposals to support pre-approval of digital solutions
• Provide general administrative support to the digitalisation team
[What we are looking for]
Functional/Technical Competencies Required:• Knowledge in Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas preferred
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and adapt at analysing data
• Basic understanding of Design Thinking, and Systems Thinking General Competencies:
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong interest in technology, digitalization, and AI tools.
• Able to work independently within a team
