[What you will be working on]
- Curate and develop compelling digital content across multiple formats for NLB's digital channels
- Research learning trends and analyse target user needs to create relevant content that fills identified gaps and meets learning objectives
- Monitor and analyse digital content performance through data tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure content meets organisational standards and aligns with branding guidelines
- Support SEO and omni-channel strategies to optimise content discoverability and enhance user reach and conversion
[What we are looking for]
- Passion for digital learning and creating engaging educational experiences for diverse library users
- Strong project management and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience or keen interest in digital content creation and social media curation
- Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analytics, web metrics, or digital marketing principles
- Creative skills in digital design, videography, or content development would be an advantage
- Understanding of intellectual property and copyright considerations in digital media
