
Trainee Assistant Baker

➥ Working Hours: 3am-12pm (overtime as needed)
➥ Working Days: Every 4 days work, 1 day off cycle
➥ Salary: Gross salary up to $2,600 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut and prepare various raw ingredients (e.g., vegetables) according to recipes and production schedules.
- Assist in cooking and preparing sandwich fillings according to standardized recipes.
- Cooking ingredients ensuring proper food safety temperatures and cooking processes.
- Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following standardized recipes, portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
- Package finish sandwiches and food items according to packaging specifications, ensuring proper sealing and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils and workstations before, during and after use.
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other production team members to achieve daily production targets.
Job Requirements:
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20kg) and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
- Able to work 3:00 am shift, weekends and public holidays.
