➥ Working Hours: 3am-12pm (overtime as needed)

➥ Working Days: Every 4 days work, 1 day off cycle

➥ Salary: Gross salary up to $2,600 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut and prepare various raw ingredients (e.g., vegetables) according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Assist in cooking and preparing sandwich fillings according to standardized recipes.
  • Cooking ingredients ensuring proper food safety temperatures and cooking processes.
  • Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following standardized recipes, portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
  • Package finish sandwiches and food items according to packaging specifications, ensuring proper sealing and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils and workstations before, during and after use.
  • Follow proper waste disposal procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with other production team members to achieve daily production targets.

Job Requirements:

  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Previous experience in food production or a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20kg) and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
  • Able to work 3:00 am shift, weekends and public holidays.
