  • Admissions & Referrals: Manage nursing home admissions, update referral information, and prepare documents.
  • Financial Coordination: Assist with financial aid applications, Household Means Testing, reports, payments, and GIRO setup.
  • Resident & Family Support: Serve as main contact for residents/caregivers, handle enquiries, and support resident-centered events.
  • Administration & Coordination: Maintain accurate records, track payments, liaise with banks/HDB, manage AIC matters, and support meetings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare, eldercare, or community service in Singapore.
  • Background in healthcare, social services, or administration.
  • Familiarity with geriatric care, nursing home operations, or community services preferred.
