  • Oversee cleaning and sanitation of production equipment as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and safety during shifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to lead, engage, and motivate teams.
  • Communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
  • Physically able to lift up to 25kg and work rotating shifts.
