Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Portal and Mobile App projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise in ERP implementations, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the full project lifecycle of Business Central implementations from initiation to closure.

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

· Collaborate with clients, internal consultants, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

· Lead project meetings, status updates, and steering committee briefings.

· Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

· Drive quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities.

· Manage change requests and scope variations effectively.

Required Qualifications

· Proven experience managing ERP projects (3+ years preferred), preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

· Strong understanding of ERP modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, etc.

· PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

· Experience working in a consulting or IT services environment.
