Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Transact Technical Lead with strong domain expertise in Securities, Corporate Actions, Fees & Taxes, and Payments. The role involves leading technical design, development, and integration of Temenos Transact (T24) modules to deliver robust and scalable banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of T24 solutions across Securities, Corporate Actions, Fees & Taxes, and Payments modules.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Oversee customization, parameterization, and integration with external systems.
  • Perform code reviews, technical validation, and performance optimization.
  • Guide development teams in best practices, debugging, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testing teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Temenos Transact (T24) development, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Securities, Corporate Actions, Fees & Taxes, and Payments modules.
  • Proficiency in TAFJ, Java Extensibility Framework, and PL/SQL.
  • Good understanding of T24 integration frameworks (IRIS, MQ, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
