Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational readiness of the department, including cleanliness and adequate stationery supplies.
  • Register patients and update next-of-kin contact details accurately.
  • Attend to patient enquiries and provide timely assistance.
  • Support admission processes including financial counselling and monitoring bed requests.
  • Manage patient discharge and transfer procedures, including system updates, appointment scheduling, and payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Promote and assist with the use of self-help kiosks for registration.
  • Provide administrative support for daily operations and departmental events.
  • Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and prepare necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "O" Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an added advantage.
