Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and testing dietary management systems.
  • Support data entry and validation for diet plans and nutritional databases.
  • Help map kitchen workflows to system configurations.
  • Participate in menu planning digitization and allergy data checks.
  • Assist in gathering user requirements and workflow documentation.
  • Support in system testing, data analysis, and quality assurance tasks.
  • Document meeting minutes, prepare presentations, and assist in stakeholder communication.
  • Help with user support and troubleshooting under guidance.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to collect insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or Healthcare IT or related fields.
  • Familiarity with clinical dietary protocols or food service management systems (a plus).
  • Basic understanding of HL7 or FHIR (a plus).
  • Experience with basic project coordination or administrative support in an academic or internship setting.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Experience managing shared document repositories (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive) will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
