About the Role

My Client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our trading operations team as an Invoicing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, supporting trading desk operations, and coordinating with both local and overseas colleagues to meet operational deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and process incoming trading invoices accurately.
  • Review invoice details for correctness and relevance before payment.
  • Allocate payable invoice amounts across trading desks and invoice owners.
  • Cross-check payable invoice data against trading system entries and internal estimates.
  • Monitor invoice approval status and follow up to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Issue sales invoices as instructed by desk operators and senior team members.
  • Verify transaction details and assess tax implications before issuing invoices.
  • Record sales invoices prepared in other systems.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and highlight outstanding issues to relevant departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in international invoice processing is an advantage.
  • Knowledge or exposure to commodities and/or financial markets is beneficial.
  • Ability to coordinate and work effectively with team members across different countries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
