We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Management Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for a proactive individual with strong organizational and people management skills, passionate about operational excellence and team performance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies and policies to meet company goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Manage staff performance, training, and development.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company SOPs.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements.
- Maintain high standards of service and productivity in a fast-paced work setting.
*Requirements:*
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or operational role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or FMCG industries will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with inventory or POS systems.
- Willing and able to work on weekends and public holidays as part of rostered shifts.
