Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with SME clients, understanding their financing needs and business objectives.

  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely solutions.

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries to offer tailored financial solutions.

  • Source new lending opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.

  • Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses to evaluate loan applicants.

  • Structure and negotiate loan terms within lending policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Manage SME loan portfolios, monitoring performance and compliance.

  • Proactively address credit risks and delinquencies, implementing remedial actions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely loan documentation and processing.

  • Provide financial advice to clients on growth strategies, cash flow, and capital allocation.

  • Assist clients in preparing loan applications and supporting documentation.
