Finance Manager

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position within our global Finance team, based at our Singapore office and reporting to the Group Financial Controller in New Zealand.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager, or a capable Senior Accountant, ready to take the next step in their career. As a member of the Leadership Team in SEA, you will be responsible for shaping financial strategies, driving commercial outcomes, and ensuring compliance and integrity in all financial operations across South East Asia.

In this autonomous role, you will be a trusted partner to our Head of Market – South East Asia, providing insightful financial advice, support, and analysis to optimize performance, and drive operational excellence.

Some of the key tasks will include;

• Overseeing monthly and annual financial closing, reporting, and compliance.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities.
• Managing tax planning, audits, and relationships with external partners and authorities.
• Supporting HR operations and contribute to wider business transformation efforts.
• Driving governance, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partnering with sales teams and distributors to improve market performance

What we would like from you

You will bring a strong background in financial management, accounting, and tax compliance, ideally within a retail environment. You will be commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

We would also like you to have;

• A recognized accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong business partnering ability and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and statutory compliance.
